Joetta Bell, of Microsoft’s Artificial Intelligence and Research Division, approached SoDo Consulting in 2017 with a request to support a networking group for women called MAVENS who werew looking to expand its mission to support career development and coaching for its participants.

As a rapidly expanding company, Zillow Group focused on creating an intentional corporate culture focused on understanding and collaboration. They needed a tools to help them adjust to the different learning and communication styles that come with a larger network of employees, and turned to SoDo Consulting.

Beginning in 2012, LinkedIn recognized it needed a framework to promote a collaborative culture across a quickly growing organization. They brought in SoDo Consulting to create a framework of common language, effective relationships, and improved time management to support their growth.
